How KNX Works??
KNX operates on a decentralized architecture where each device is intelligent and programmable using ETS (Engineering Tool Software). Communication can happen over:
- Twisted-pair (TP)
- IP / Ethernet
- RF (radio frequency)
- Powerline (PL)
Each device sends and receives data over a shared bus, allowing real-time automation, even without a central controller.
